Miso loves sweet flavour pairings like honey and maple syrup, to balance out the umami rich flavours.
We collaborated with our friends at Black Bee Honey to create this luscious miso honey sauce. Sweet and savoury, drizzle it onto hot melty cheese dishes like a baked cheese, mac and cheese or cauliflower cheese for a rich, decadent topping. Finish with some crunchy toppings like pomegranate, and toasted walnuts for the full wow factor!

Instructions
- Warm up the Camembert in a fan oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the miso and honey until smooth. If its quite thick to drizzle, just loosen with a teaspoon of water at a time until it is the consistency you want.
- Once the cheese is ready, slice open the top with a criss-cross shape, and a sharp knife.
- Drizzle the miso honey sauce on top.
- Sprinkle your toppings for extra texture.
- Enjoy with warm toasted bread or crackers to scoop up all the delicious flavours.
