Delivery

Our Standard UK Delivery fees start at £3.50 and it is dependent on the weight of your order. We send all orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and the final delivery cost will be advised at checkout. Please note, we are a small team and we can only dispatch orders between Tuesday - Thursday. Deliveries typically take 2-5 working days to arrive once they have been dispatched. 

You will be sent a tracking number of your parcel on dispatch so please first follow up via Royal Mail for your delivery schedule before contacting us at Miso Tasty. 

If your order does not arrive in the allotted time frame, please contact us at shop@misotasty.com. Our office hours are between 9am and 5pm. Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive in the warehouse within 48 hours, your order will be dispatched as soon as it is in stock: next day delivery will not be an option.

Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 3 working days with picture evidence, for a refund.

Returns

Returns are only available for items bought on Miso Tasty’s web store at www.misotasty.com/shop. If you are unhappy with any of your purchases bought via our stockists, please contact them directly.

If you wish to return an item which you bought from our online web store (www.misotasty.com/shop), we will need to receive it back to our Office within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. We ask that you please return the items where possible with their original packaging and in its original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure the item(s) are packaged to prevent any damage. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued for web store sales upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please send via Royal Mail to Miso Tasty Ltd, Mission Kitchen, 1st floor of The Food Exchange, New Covent Garden Market, London SW8 5EL.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services team with your order number on shop@misotasty.com and we will investigate this for you. 

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us. Please note that it can take up to 21 days to process a return for an item bought on our online web store.
