Spicy Glazed Chicken Thighs Recipe featuring Rich & Spicy Miso Glaze

The Rich & Spicy Miso Glaze is a flavour-packed miso marinade perfect for chicken wings, dark meats, oily fish and roasted root vegetables. Simply coat with a thin layer and then roast meat or fish, or use to glaze and grill vegetables. It can also be enjoyed as a condiment instead of ketchup, BBQ sauce, or as a side to eggs.

Miso Tasty Spicy Glazed Chicken Thighs

Expect savoury, sweet and smokey chilli notes, with a deep BBQ sauce flavour. The richness of this sauce will cut through oily fish and fatty meats like pork belly and chicken thighs, caramelising nicely on a BBQ. As it is quite a sweet sauce, we recommend not cooking on too high a heat for too long.
